By boarding your animals with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions

 

Booking/Payment/Cancellations

• Charging rates are levied daily (NOT 24 hourly ). Charges vary as per age, breed ,temperament, duration of stay .Booking is confirmed only after advance payment. No refund or adjustments will be made in case of cancellations, In case the pet is picked up prior to check-out date, there will be no refund for the balance days. We reserve the right to revise rates according to the temperament, age and duration of the stay of your pet.

 

Arrivals/Departures

• Check-in is between 10am - 2:00pm.

• Check-out should be between 9:00am - 11:00am

• After 11am you will be charged a full day rate.

• All pets must be kept on a leash at all times during check-in and check-out.

 

Vaccinations

• Pets vaccinations, deworming, tick treatment must be up to date. 

• Kennel cough vaccine is mandatory 

 

Temperament/ Medical condition

• All pets must be fit, in good condition and of pleasant temperament. In the event of your pet falling ill during boarding we reserve the right to call in a veterinary. All costs to be borne by the owner. This will include any veterinary visiting charges, transportation etc. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds to cover this. We reserve the right to turn away any pet which we feel is not suitable to be boarded.

• Should any pets be found to be hosting fleas, the person responsible for collecting the pets will at the time of collection, be liable for all costs of treating the animal and surrounding environment. It is emphasised that whilst every care and attention is taken, we accept no responsibility for injury or escape as a result of your pets’s behaviour whilst boarded in the kennels. Should your pets(s) have any behavioural issues you MUST make us aware of these when boarding. Owners are liable for any injury inflicted upon staff or damage caused to property by their pets(s).

 

Belongings

• Beds and toys provided by the customer will require an adhesive label for identification, we accept no responsibility for damage to owners property as a result of the pets(s) actions.

• Beds will be provided on request, incase pet ruins the bed owner is liable to pay for the same.

 

Abandoned Animals

• In the event of an animal not being collected or no communication with the owner, we reserve the right to re-home the pet within fourteen days of the stated collection date. In case of abandonment owners will face legal action.

 

Food

• We provide a selection of freshly prepared home cooked  food, incase your pet eats a specific diet , you may bring your own food enough for the duration of your pets stay.

• Any additional food requirements other than specified food menu will have to be paid for. (Milk ,Curd,Eggs etc)

 

All animals are boarded, handled or cared for by us without liability on our part for loss or damage from disease, death, fire injury to persons, other animals or property by said pets or other unavoidable causes.
